Cyber Essentials Certification
Installation of Network in School
Vibrant were drafted in to install 180 Cisco Meraki WI-FI Access Points in a new School in West Bromwich in the West Midlands for a large Blue-Chip Construction Company, Vibrant Successfully mounted access points through out the entire school.
Challenges
• Cyber Essentials certification required for the college.
• Security Audit was required for all Servers, Laptops and PCs on the college network.
• Policies were required to be written.
• 1 Week Deadline
The Results
• Evaluated entire network of 2500 devices successfully which comprised of 40 servers, 2 x Enterprise Sonic Wall Firewalls, 250 Staff Devices and 2000 Student laptops and Desktops.
• Wrote Cyber Security Policies.
The Value
The College Passed Certification and were able to successfully apply for and win 5M education tender working with the SLT team and IT Manager.
