The Challenge

Vibrant Networks partnered with Blackline, an international IT services provider with offices in Texas, California and New York, to deliver a time critical network installation at 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham’s tallest office building.

The project required the full installation of network infrastructure across two floors, all within a 24 hour deadline. The scale, complexity and timeframe demanded a highly coordinated approach, experienced engineers, and faultless execution to ensure the building was fully operational without disruption.

The Solution

Our engineers began by installing structured data cabling across both floors, enabling secure and reliable communication between all networked devices. We then supplied and installed new CAT6 network points, ensuring all core hardware could be deployed and tested efficiently. This included:
  • Office printers
  • Cisco Meraki Wi‑Fi access points
  • Meraki CCTV and security hardware
Each element was tested on site to confirm performance, connectivity and security before handover. Our structured approach ensured the installation was completed on time, to specification, and ready for immediate use.
